Menu Today

Urgh..hari memang hari yang cukup memenatkan..biaserlah Monday blues+lot's of work+not having my lunch = what a tired day..During my lunch hour, i was at post office to send some parcels to my sister in Labuan..After that, i'm doing my work continuously sampai habis office hour..Pergh..time flies so fast when we r busy rite??xsedar pon masa berlalu..sedar2 dah pukol 6..

6.45 pm, reached home..Lucky for me that my SIL is staying with us now coz she's having her practical training at SMK Seksyen 9, Shah Alam..yap..she is a teacher to be..after finishing her practical, Insya Allah she will start her new life as a Biology's teacher..I have already call her to prepare all the ingredients & cook rice for our dinner tonight..then i just campak campak jer..so here are the menu that we eat tonite;

1) Telur dadar..
Bahan2:
- 2 biji telur
- bawang besar
- garam & gula
- my SIL letak tomato sket

2) Ikan masin goreng dengan bawang

3) Tom Yam Campur
Bahan2:
- isi ayam
- udang
- tom yam paste
- cendawan
- carrot
- bunga kobis
- halia
- serai (diketuk)
- air perahan asam limau
- cili padi sket
- garam + gula
Cara2:
-Put all ingredients in a pot, then campak2, ketuk2 & wallah..siapler..

Like i said before, aku ni bukanlah terrer masak sangat tapi memandangkan suami suka makan kat umah so kenalah masak jugak..so from now on..aku nak kenalkan kempen "MAKAN MASAKAN SENDIRI" to all of you out there..xkisahlah masakan tu ringkas / xmenarik dari mata kita pon..yang penting, kita masak with our hand & we can guarantee dat the handling of it is 100% hygienic..rather than makan kat luar yang kita xtahu status tahap kebersihan makanan ittew..not all of them xbersih kan but i guess bila kita masak sendiri kita dapat mencurahkan lagi kasih sayang kita terhadap anak2 & suami so from now on i will start my campaign by trying my best to cook for my family..xkisahlah makan budu pon as long as i prepare it by myself..of course hubby mesti suka kerna dapat jimatkan kos;)
